Working With Your Insurance

Most of the RVs in our shop are here on a claim. We photograph and document the damage, write the estimate in the format adjusters expect, and deal with the back-and-forth so you're not the middleman. You're free to choose where your RV is repaired — that's your call, not your carrier's.

Bring your claim number if you have one. If you haven't filed yet, we can give you a written estimate first so you know what you're dealing with before you decide.

One thing to be clear about The 10% discount applies to customer-pay work, not to insurance-funded repairs. If your claim covers the job, the carrier is paying the bill — so there's no customer total to discount. Deductibles and any work you add outside the claim are a different story; ask us and we'll tell you straight.

Body Shop Questions

Is the estimate really free?
Yes. Written estimates cost nothing and commit you to nothing, claim or no claim. Send photos through the form or bring the RV by.
Does the 10% apply to my insurance repair?
No — the discount excludes insurance repairs. When the carrier is paying for the work there's no customer total to take 10% off of. It does apply to customer-pay repairs, and we're glad to handle a claim and a customer-pay job side by side.
Do I have to use the shop my insurance company recommends?
No. You choose who repairs your RV. Carriers can suggest a shop, but the decision is yours, and we'll work with any carrier.
How long will my RV be in the shop?
It depends entirely on the damage and on parts availability — a fiberglass patch and blend is not the same job as a cap replacement. We'll give you a realistic window with the estimate rather than a number we can't hold.
Do you work on RVs you didn't sell?
Yes. All makes and models, motorhomes and towables, regardless of where you bought it.
I'm not sure if it's cosmetic or structural. Can you tell me?
That's a big part of what the estimate is for. Soft spots, delamination and water intrusion in particular often look minor from outside and aren't — we'll tell you what we actually find.
